Rod is the Chairman of ADR International having previously being the CEO of source-to-pay e-procurement software provider, Proactis.
In 14 years Rod took Proactis from a small UK start-up to a listed business with global reach. Rod brings substantial procurement, technology and business experience to ADR to support its growth strategy.
Rod became Chairman of ADR International in January 2020.
