Haldex, based in Stockholm, is a major global supplier of hydraulics, traction and brake systems to the automotive industry. Customers include Volvo, Volkswagen, Mercedes Benz and Caterpillar. Group Director of Supply Management Theo Lindqvist manages teams based in Europe, North America and Asia.

Theo recently relocated from Sweden to support the growth of the Haldex operation in China. He saw an opportunity to understand the skills in his global team and called on ADR to assist.
