Diverse Learning
The public transport authority in the United Arab Emirates were seeking a blended learning program for its diverse procurement team. The procurement team are responsible for all major infrastructure development and maintenance projects for road, rail, metro and sea.
Project Aim:
- Provide core skills in sourcing to those who were undertaking competitive tenders
- Drive increased value with improved commercial skills
- Introduce “role-based” training
